Our Wall of Love

Denis Caragea

Information Security Consultant | ISC² CC

I’ve been a part of the Mindcroud Academy, founded by Liviu. The framework they use is comprehensive and provides a clear, structured path into the cybersecurity field. All the materials and resources provided were extremely helpful, and after 7 months of hard work, I landed my first cybersecurity role.Since then, I’ve advanced from a Tier 1 SOC Analyst to Tier 2, and I’m now leading the Third-Party Risk Management framework at a financial institution.I couldn’t have achieved this without Liviu’s support, he guided and advised me through the process before I secured my first role, which was the primary goal of the academy.I highly recommend Mindcroud to anyone who is serious about their career and wants to enter the cybersecurity or information security field.

Director of Software Engineering, Signant Health (CISSP)

The core of Cybersecurity are the people. There are many materials out there on how to be a Manager in this domain, about your technical expertise, but very less about the Human side of things, about the leadership it needs to be owned and operated.Cybersecurity is not only about what you know, it's also about the path you take to have the most impact around you. It's not about job titles but about using your expertise in ways that get information and guidance to the people who need it most.Liviu has the coaching skills and methods to help the Leader inside you manifest with freedom and creativity, driven by passion and very aware of your own values and created constraints, saboteurs. Aligning the human side with the technical skillset is what cybersecurity leadership needs in these difficult times.

Cyber security engineer la Honeywell

I’d like to take a moment to express my appreciation for Liviu Munteanu, who was my mentor during my internship.Throughout my time working with him, I learned a tremendous amount about networking — not just the technical side, but also how to think critically, approach and troubleshoot problems. Liviu has a remarkable ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical way, and his patience and willingness to share his knowledge made a huge difference in my learning experience.I’m very grateful for his guidance and support, which played an important role in helping me grow both technically and professionally.

Liviu Munteanu is a great guy who helps others to fulfil their dreams, showing the steps that have to be taken to achieve success. He helped me through my career being a tutor for motivation and hard work. Thanks to him I realised that anything can be done if you work hard enough for your goals.

Ovidiu Cristea

Associate professor, Academia Navală „Mircea cel Batrân” din Constanța

Liviu has been my colleague for 5 years during our studies at the Romanian Naval Academy. He is reliable, organized, persevering, ethical, brave, but also, he can be friendly, funny, spontaneous and adventurous. He had the courage to change his career and his life by 180 degrees (as a sailor says)! I appreciate him very much for that! Now, he has a mindset that can project his life everywhere he wants. I wish him "fair winds(companies) and following the seas(life experiences)"!

It is a genuine pleasure to recommend Liviu. I had the privilege of working alongside him at Honeywell, and his contribution to our team was nothing short of exceptional.Liviu is a rare blend of deep expertise and relentless action. He doesn't just identify problems, he is determined to solve them. He is consistently aiming to resolve challenges "in no time" without ever compromising on quality. This "get things done" attitude, combined with his willingness to always lend a hand, is making him a fantastic team player who genuinely enjoys helping others grow.I would not hesitate to work with Liviu again and highly recommend him to any organization.
